The third staging of the Senator Shevern John Annual Road Relay brought energy and excitement to the North Windward community, as athletes and supporters turned out in large numbers for the event.
The race, which started at London Playing Field and finished at Senator John’s office, began at 3:30 p.m. and featured spirited competition alongside vibrant community support.

2nd Place: Georgetown Secondary School (Combined) — 26:32.74
3rd Place: St. Vincent Grammar School — 28:35.63
4th Place: Sandy Bay Secondary School — 31:16.85
5th Place: Georgetown Secondary School Juniors — 31:52.70

This year marked the second consecutive victory for defending champions Sugar City Valors, who once again impressed with their endurance, speed, and teamwork.

Organizers offered special thanks to the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Red Cross, Team Athletics SVG, Mr. Keith Joseph, Mr. Tyrone James, Mountaintop Springwater, Chill Spot Restaurant and Bar, all drivers, transporters, volunteers, participating teams, clubs, and coaches.
