This marks the airline’s ninth consecutive win in this prestigious category.
The World Travel Awards™, established in 1993, honor excellence across travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors worldwide and are widely regarded as the benchmark for quality in the global travel industry.
Caribbean Airlines has consistently elevated aviation standards in the region through its expansive route network, dedicated service, and commitment to regional integration. This latest accolade reinforces the airline’s pledge to deliver reliable service, excellent value, and a truly Caribbean travel experience to its passengers.

Over the past year, the airline has expanded its network into the French Caribbean, now serving 28 destinations across North and South America and the wider Caribbean. It has also introduced enhancements to airport baggage handling systems and refined its product offerings to meet the evolving needs of travelers.
The award was accepted on behalf of Caribbean Airlines by Samantha Faucher, Airport Representative, St. Lucia, during the World Travel Awards – Caribbean & North America Gala Ceremony held on October 4 at Sandals Grande Saint Lucian.
This recognition underscores Caribbean Airlines’ position as a leading force in Caribbean aviation and its ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service.
