According to investigations, on July 18, 2025, Castello allegedly entered the dwelling house of a 62-year-old resident of Biabou as a trespasser and stole a quantity of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products valued at EC$170.50, along with EC$5,250.00 in cash, the property of the complainant.

Additionally, on September 7, 2025, the defendant reportedly stole four (4) mature pumpkins valued at EC$410.00, the property of a 55-year-old farmer of Yambou. He was subsequently charged in connection with that offence.
