November 18, 2025 – Kingstown: On November 14, 2025, police arrested and charged Clint Cuffy, a 46-year-old resident of Kingstown Park, with the offence of Theft.
Investigations revealed that the accused stole one (1) Winners Circle Portable Vacuum Cleaner valued at EC$40.00, the property of a 26-year-old Property Manager of New Montrose. The offence occurred in New Montrose on October 31, 2025.
Cuffy appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on November 14, 2025. The presiding Magistrate committed him to the Mental Health Centre for a two-week evaluation. The matter will be reviewed on December 3, 2025.
