A mother of five was shot and killed late Monday night in the West Kingstown community of Ottley Hall.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:25 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025.
The deceased has been identified as Niesha Frederick.
According to reports, she was shot outside her gate. Residents reported hearing about nine gunshots.
