Chairmanship of the Monetary Council of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) will be transferred to Minister of Finance and Council Member, Camillo Gonsalves. This will be done following an official handing-over ceremony on July 21 at the Beachcombers Hotel.
