Raquel Williams, 47, also known Sorannie is the victim of the April 1 vehicle incident that occurred at Rivière. Reports are that Williams died after a truck overturned. Police confirmed the reports. A 26-year-old Vermont woman who physically abused her 2-year-old daughter was handed a suspended sentence at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Monday. Candace John was sentenced to one month in prison, but that sentence was suspended for one year.
