The government of the United States has announced that it will be donating US$3.8 million towards the relief and recovery efforts in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. St Vincent and the Grenadines recorded another murder within 48 hrs. Dead is Eddie Dabreo of Layou. Information received is that he was in the vicinity of ‘Didips’ Hideout when he and another resident got into an argument, Dabreo received a cut to his neck. He ran away from the scene and collapsed and died on a nearby bridge according to reports. The incident occurred at about 1 am on Monday 17th May 2021. This is the second murder within 48 hours, one man was shot and killed at Victoria Village on Saturday evening.
