Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has described as “in danger of breaking our social solidarity” and “extremely disturbing” recent developments at several national emergency shelters. Two persons who were evacuated to public shelters have died in ten days, in one constituency. The fatalities are not connected as the deceased resided at separate shelters.
