Nine Mornings Roads tennis kicks off on Monday

The 2018 Capita Financial Nine Mornings Road Tennis Blast will serve off its 3^rd edition from this Monday, December 17^th. It starts with a workshop for competitors in Bequia at the Clive Tannis HardCourt form 10 a.m., followed by the preliminary round from 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, the North Leeward leg will take place with the workshop at 11 in Petit Bordel, and the preliminary at the Layou Hard Court from 7 pm.

The Kingstown zone preliminary will be held on Wednesday at the Kingstown Netball Center at New Montrose from 7 pm.

The final preliminary will be held in South Rivers on Thursday from 7 pm, with a workshop in Sandy Bay at 11 am.

The quarter  final will take place on Saturday from 7at New Montrose, with the semi final and final on Sunday, also at 7 pm.

The prizes for the tournament are as follows:

Open Male 1^st Place – $2000.00 EC

Losing Finalist – $1000.00 EC

Losing Semi-Finalists – $250.00 EC each

Open Female 1^st Place – $1200.00 EC

Losing Finalist – $600.00 EC

Losing Semi Finalists – $100.00 EC each

Juniors Under-16 Boys and Girls

1^st Place – $500.00 EC each

Losing Finalist – $200.00 EC

Losing Semi Finalists – $100.00 EC each Registration forms can be collected from the Office of the Division of Physical Education &Sport upstairs the Methodist Church Building opposite Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The deadline for submission of forms is 4 pm on the day beforeeach competition
