65 -yr- old man charged for assaulting a 9- yr- old child

Police arrested and charged Rathuel Samuel, a 65-year old Mason, with the offence of Indecent Assault.

According to investigations, Samuel between 01.05.2018 and 08.12.2018 indecently assaulted a 9-year-old student.
