Police have arrested and charged David Richards, a 45-year old Farmer of Yambou with the offence of Handling Stolen Goods.
Richards allegedly dishonestly received for his own benefit, 401 pounds of Beef, knowing or believing it to be stolen goods. The incident occurred between Congo Valley and Belmont on the 12.01.2019.
