Police have arrested and charged Vinsley Dublin, 45 years old labourer of Diamonds Village with unlawfully and maliciously wounding a resident of Richland Park by allegedly chopping the virtual complainant on the left hand with a cutlass. The incident occurred on the 10.03.2019 about 9:00pm.
Dublin is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer to the charge.
