    Lips: Thick The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force is carrying out investigations into a shooting incident which occurred in Middle Street Kingstown on 05.11.2019, where the subject is a person of interest. Subject is a Vincentian National who is to be approached with caution. He is considered armed and dangerous. The Police is soliciting your assistance in locating the subject.
