    Sion Hill Man Charged after Allegedly Using a Vehicle without the Consent of the owner

    Police have arrested and charge Maurice Primus, 27 years- old Labourer of Sion Hill with the offence of Taking of Conveyance and Damage to Property on 05.11.19. According to investigations, Primus allegedly used motor vehicle PS-298 a green Suzuki Escudo without the consent of the owner or any other Lawful Authority (2) for without lawful excuse damaged one (1) left rear Door Glass of motor vehicle PS-298 value $434.00ECC “by smashing same with an unknown object”. The property of a resident of Calder ridge and was reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. The incident occurred at Calder Ridge between 6:00am and 4:26pm on 04.11.19. The accused is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges
