    Review Of Sexual Offences Provision Consultation

    The Ministry of National Mobilisation, Social Development, et al. has received technical assistance from the Human Dignity Trust (HDT) towards a comprehensive review of the sexual offences provisions in the Criminal Code of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A major deliverable of this assignment is the development of recommendations for reform to ensure the alignment with international good practices and human rights principles.  Stakeholder consultation is scheduled for December 12, 2019 at the Blue Lagoon Hotel and Marina from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. where the report findings and recommendations would be presented by Mrs Petrona Sealey-Browne and Mrs Monique Constance-Huggins as Consultants. 9:00 – 10:00: OPENING CEREMONY
