Caribbean Online a Weather-UPDATE: 5:00 pm – Jun 16, 2020
An area of disturbed weather located just to the east and southeast of Trinidad is associated with a 17 mph westward-moving tropical wave.
Slow development of this system is POSSIBLE while it approaches Trinidad before upper-level winds become less conducive and it begins to interact with the Venezuelan landmass
Regardless of development, gusty winds and increased rainfall are POSSIBLE over and or around some southern islands mainly Trinidad and Tobago with its passage
Elsewhere, scattered clouds are over most of the #Lesser Antilles mainly north of Barbuda southward to StVincent
We continue to monitor this and every other weather system in and around the CAI and will post updates IF necessary.
