    Man who posed as Bragsa worker slapped with more charges

    Police have arrested and charged Jason Delpesche, 22 years old unemployed of Edinboro with three (3) separate counts of theft and with giving a false name to the police.

    According to investigations carried out, on 9.09.2020, Delspesche allegedly stole $300.00 in cash from a 38 year old Teacher of Sion Hill. The incident occurred at Kingstown between 9:30am and 11:20 am.

    Further investigations led to the Accused being charged with the theft of $20.00 in cash, the property of a 58 year old Teacher of Villa. This incident occurred at Dorsetshire Hill between 9:30am and 12:00pm on 14.09.2020.

    He was additionally charged with the theft of $300.00 in cash from a 53 year old Teacher of Cane Garden, stolen at Dorsetshire Hill between 9:30am and 12:00pm on 14.09.2020.

    Delpesche was subsequently charged for when lawfully required to give his name to the police, he gave as Keith Williams of Edinboro.

    The Accused man appeared before the Serious Offences Court to answer to the charges and pleaded not guilty. Bail was granted in the sum of $1500.00 with one surety. He ordered to report to the Central Police Station every Monday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and not to contact the virtual complainants. He will reappear at the Serious Offences Court on 13.10.2020 for further adjudication.
