    SVG Records One New COVID-19, There Are Now Five (5) Active Cases

    St. Vincent and the Grenadines today recorded one (1) new COVID-19 case.

    The new case is a non-national who arrived from Europe with a negative PCR result and tested positive on day 14 screening.

    The traveler will remain in isolation until cleared with two negative PCR results. Contact tracing of this new case has so far revealed no additional positive cases. Further contact tracing and testing are ongoing.


    St. Vincent and the Grenadines has now recorded a total of seventy-six (76) COVID- 19 cases, seventy-one (71) of which have recovered. There are now five (5) active COVID-19 cases, all imported from countries categorized as “High Risk
