At approximately 11:45 p.m on Tuesday, a tragic accident in Richland Park claimed the life of Angus Pompey, a construction worker who, according to a source, had been out celebrating his birthday when the incident occurred. The same source told ANN that the vehicle he was in went over an embankment.
