SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES, April 20, 2026 — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs kindly informs the general public that National Chi Nan University (NCNU) in Taiwan is offering Master’s degree scholarship opportunities to nationals of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The scholarship covers full tuition waiver, includes complimentary on-campus accommodation, and provides a monthly stipend of 200 USD, all for the duration of two years.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and provide proof of financial support in the amount of at least US $3,000, either through a personal financial statement or confirmed sponsorship.
The scholarship programmes currently available are:
– Business Administration and Information Technology Innovation and Application; and
– Intelligent Semiconductor and Green Technology.
Each programme is delivered in English and has a duration of two years. Applicants should note that those residing outside of Taiwan will be responsible for their own arrival and return airfare.
