January 14, 2025 – Kingstown: On January 10, 2025, police arrested and charged Michael De-Grads, a 41-year-old mechanic of Union Island, with several traffic-related offences. Investigations revealed that De-Grads, as the driver of motor vehicle P-3826, operated the vehicle without the relevant license for the period July 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
