Work on the final phase of the new Vegetable Market in Kingstown is scheduled to be completed by the end of next month. That’s according to Construction Manager of the BRAGSA project, Mr. John Greaves. On 28.8.2020, Police arrested and charged Leroy Patrick, 21 years Labourer of Vermont with the offence of theft. According to investigations, on 28.8.2020, the accused allegedly stole seventy-eight (78) Avocados valued one hundred and ninety-five (195.00ECC), the property of a 62 year old Farmer of Vermont; stolen at Vermont about 2:45am on 30.08.20. Patrick appeared at the Serious Offences Court to answer to the charge and pleaded guilty.
