9:15 AM (OCT 17, 2019) As conditions associated with a #tropicalwave move through the #LesserAntilles, we are tracking some areas of heavier convection which may produce heavier rainfall, thunderstorms, and flooding in some sections of the region. Please note, upper-level conditions are extremely hostile over the wave presently and it’s fairly difficult for intense cloudiness to persist. Therefore, areas being tracked and mentioned in this update may change in future updates so please keep checking for the latest updates. Widely scattered to scattered moderate and isolated strong convection is presently noted over parts of and east of the Lesser Antilles with heavier concentrations east of Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique and east of St Vincent and The Grenadines, Grenada, south of Barbados, and northeast of Tobago and Trinidad
