Mid-level moisture could enhance pockets of showers and isolated thunderstorms across of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) this afternoon into early Thursday as a tropical wave crosses the area. A low pressure area lingering east of the island chain could deepen under mid-upper level trough, with a shearline dipping across our area bringing scattered showers during Friday. Moderate to occasionally fresh (20 – 35 km/h) north-easterly trades are gradually decreasing, becoming gentle (10 – 20km/h) by Wednesday and turning north north-easterly late Thursday. Slight to moderate (1.2 – 2.0 m) sea conditions northerly swells on west coasts and easterly swells on east coasts of our islands this afternoon, becoming north-easterly tonight with swells 1.0m to 1.5m across SVG.
