Good morning St. Vincent and the Grenadines! We’re starting the day with cloudy skies, a touch of haze, and generally breezy conditions as weak unstable weather continues to move across the islands.

    The latest report from the Meteorological Office at Argyle International Airport shows conditions this morning as cloudy and slightly hazy, with temperatures sitting around 26.5°C. East-northeasterly winds are moving at approximately 11 km/h, but stronger gusts are expected throughout the day.

    Forecasters say weak unstable conditions are crossing the islands, bringing periods of cloudiness and a few scattered showers at times. Despite the unsettled conditions, the overall forecast remains fairly stable for much of the day.

    Humidity remains relatively high at 79%, while barometric pressure stands at 1014.7 mb. Rainfall over the last 24 hours measured only a trace amount. Yesterday’s maximum temperature reached 30.1°C, while overnight temperatures dipped to 24°C.

    Marine conditions are expected to remain slight to moderate in open waters, with swells ranging between 1.0 metres and 1.8 metres. No marine advisories are currently in effect.

    Across the region this morning, Trinidad and Miami are both experiencing fair weather conditions, while Barbados is partly cloudy and breezy. Antigua remains cloudy, San Juan is partly cloudy, and New York, Toronto and London are all reporting cloudy conditions.

    Sunrise today was recorded at 5:38 am, while sunset is expected at 6:25 pm. High tides are forecast for 11:17 am and 9:37 pm, while low tide is expected at 3:33 pm.
