The latest report from the Meteorological Office at Argyle International Airport shows conditions this morning as partly cloudy and hazy, with the temperature at 26.7°C. Winds are coming from the east at around 11 km/h.
Forecasters say weak unstable conditions remain across the islands, bringing partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy skies, haze, breezy periods, and some showers.
Humidity is currently at 84%, while barometric pressure stands at 1014.7 mb. Rainfall over the past 24 hours measured 5.9 mm. Yesterday’s maximum temperature was 28.6°C, while last night’s minimum was 22.6°C.
A weather advisory remains in place, with residents advised to take the necessary precautions due to Saharan dust haze.
Marine conditions are expected to be slight to moderate in open waters, with swells ranging from 1.2 metres to 2.0 metres. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution for above-normal swells.
