Good morning SVG! We’re ending the work week with partly cloudy skies and a little haze around the islands. A weak tropical wave approaching the area could bring a few passing showers through the day, but overall conditions remain fairly pleasant for outdoor activities.
At 6:00 a.m., temperatures at Argyle International Airport were sitting at 26.9°C with light northeasterly winds around 13 km/h. Forecast models suggest occasional cloudiness and breezy periods throughout the morning, with isolated showers remaining possible.
There are currently no weather warnings in effect. However, marine interests should continue to exercise caution as swells between 1.2 and 2.0 metres persist across open waters. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to remain alert to changing sea conditions.
Around the region, Barbados and Antigua are enjoying fair weather while Trinidad and San Juan remain partly cloudy. Miami is reporting fair conditions, New York is partly cloudy, Toronto is fair and London remains overcast.
Today’s high tide is expected at 2:55 p.m. Sunrise occurred at 5:38 a.m. and sunset will be at 6:31 p.m. Have a fantastic Friday, SVG, and enjoy the start of the weekend.
