The Ministry of Health recently received a quantity of items from the Toronto-based group CARI-ON SVG. According to local representative Diana Bailey, among the items donated were hand sanitizers, dialysis equipment and medical trolleys valued at over EC$200,000. Bailey explained that the dialysis equipment was organized by Carlos Charles, a dialysis specialist, and the hand sanitizers were donated by Shelley John, Marketing Director SVG Tourism in Toronto.
